By accessing acti.ai or interacting with any ACTi Being, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ACTi Beings are AI systems powered by the Unblinded Formula and third-party providers including ElevenLabs. Outputs are generated by a model and may contain errors. ACTi Beings are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Do not rely on a Being's output for high-stakes decisions without verifying the underlying information with a qualified professional.

You agree not to:

• Use the Beings for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to extract proprietary prompts, models, or system internals;
• Submit personal data of third parties without proper authority, including in voice or text conversations;
• Use the site to send spam, phishing, or malicious content; or
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.

The ACTi brand, the Unblinded Formula, the names and likenesses of the ACTi Beings, the site design, and all related materials are owned by ACTi and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written consent.

When you submit content (form messages, conversation input, registration information), you grant ACTi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content to operate the service and improve our Beings. You retain ownership of your content.

The site and ACTi Beings are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACTi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the ACTi Beings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state and federal courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
