ACTi (“ACTi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates acti.ai and the Actualized Intelligence platform. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to acti.ai and users who interact with our ACTi Beings.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you submit. Name, email, subject, and message when you use our contact form. Phone number and additional fields when you register for an event such as the ACTi Legal Summit.
• Conversation content.When you talk or chat with an ACTi Being on this site, your message text and (for voice) the audio we receive is processed by ElevenLabs to generate the Being's response. Transcripts may be retained to improve the Beings.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to record anonymized page views, referrers, and web performance metrics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
• Technical data. Browser user agent, IP address (for spam protection and analytics), and standard server logs.

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• To operate the ACTi Beings — including processing voice and text input via ElevenLabs to produce real-time conversational responses.
• To improve the platform, the Beings, and the website experience.
• To send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use of the platform.

• ElevenLabs — powers voice and text conversations with ACTi Beings.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides analytics.
• Supabase — stores registrations and lead data.
• SAI CRM — receives contact form submissions and event registrations to coordinate follow-up.

Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and security practices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below.

You can decline to use the conversational ACTi Beings; the rest of the site works without microphone or chat access.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Conversation transcripts and analytics data may be retained in anonymized form for product improvement.

ACTi is a B2B product. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date below reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
